Mansfield ISD Board Member accused of Domestic Assault
It's
very saddening that a Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees member is currently
facing a domestic assault charge. Bianca Benavides Anderson was arrested last
Saturday at around 2:00 am after the police officers were called to a home on
70 blocks of Ascot Park because of a domestic disturbance. Based on the
investigation, the police officers said there was probable cause to arrest
Anderson, but further details were not released. So, she was taken to the
Mansfield Jail without incident and later was charged with assault, bodily
injury, and family violence. The board's president acknowledges the arrest of
